I offer a mentor program broken down into two groups - Young Professionals and Start-up Companies. Both programs are deisgned to provide experienced advice, opinion, and guidance specific to addressing goals, work situations, future opportunities, and other common situations and challenges. These two groups are very different, therefore the focus will be slightly different per group.

Young Professionals
My service combines advice and coaching to help you reach your goals. Having been an entrepreneur my whole life, this allows me to share my real-life professional career experiences; what I did not learn from college or books. I wish someone had helped me post-college and through the start-up years. I enjoy this too because every time I help someone stay focused, it keeps me focused.

Let’s face it: there’s no guide to business. Most employers, and fellow employees, have their own agendas and the ‘adequate training progams’ most positions offer don’t cover common sense situations, or basic business etiquette. My job is to teach you to execute and tap into ideas, goals and actions you aren’t utilizing, or may not know exist.

Whether you are a worker bee, happy to have the same job the rest of your life, jumping jobs frequently, or not quite motivated at all - my serivces will get you motivated and excited about your opportunities. Lack of experience and knowledge can lead to procrastination and lack of confidence. This program will make you think about the following:

• Accountability: You need someone to hold you accountable to your goals
• Real Skills: College taught you theory but not practical business skills
• In your 20’s to 30’s: Are you where you want to be in your career?
• Life is short: You believe work can be fun - Are you having fun?
• Social networks: It’s not who you know, its who knows you - Always be making connections.
• Practical buisness etiquette and skills: Do you know how to define email etiquette? Do you know how to negotiate or ask for a raise?

In the same areas mentioned above, I will help you establish plans, milestones, and deadlines for accomplishing specific sales, marketing, customer service, and general business initiatives. Together, we will monitor progress and make changes where necessary.

My program includes a minimum of three months of unlimited access via phone, text, Facebook, or e-mail. Extensions are available if the first three months fit for you and me. Space is limited it is on a first come, first serve basis. The fee for this service is $100 per month for individuals and $250 per month for companies with a three month commitment to start.

Start-up Companies
My service combines advice and coaching to help you reach your buisness goals. Being an entrepreneur myself, having learned from my mistakes, my program will assist you in ways books and the Internet will not.

We will focus on very basic start-up business specifics and then dive into more complex issues. Again, let’s face it: there is no perfect guide to starting a buisness. However, my program will make certain you address the most important aspects of your start-up foundation and structure. This program will make you think about the following:

• Legal: do you form an LLC? INC?, copyrights, trademarks, policies, registered agent, customers not paying, documentation; master service / license agreements, terms and conditions etc…
• Investments: money! how much do you need now? how much will you need later?
• Taxes:enough said
• Employees: payroll tax, HR issues, benefits/compensation etc…
• Technology/Software: what do you need to get started - effectively?
• Expenses/Forecasting: tracking, budgeting, basic accounting, keeping receipts, filing
• Customer Communication: service, dealing with late payments, problems etc…
