How Does This Work?
A typical engagement begins with a meeting to discuss the company problems or goals. This meeting requires anywhere from 1-4 hours and its completely open — time to air any dirty laundry. If I believe I can help and you believe I can help, we’ll determine what you need, how soon you need it, and how we will measure success.

A consulting contract is created, a retainer payment is made, and we’re underway. Payments are based on the impact to your business and are a mix of a monthly retainer and bonus for meeting objectives.

You will begin to see results as soon as the first week. Typically, significant changes occur over a three to six month period. Work samples are here.

If you are interested and would like to proceed, please contact me to set-up our first meeting.
